These Terms of Service govern the use of the Partybroker marketing website (www.partybroker.net). The Partybroker application (app.partybroker.net) is subject to separate terms.

Partybroker provides a real-time drink exchange platform for events. The platform allows event organizers to dynamically adjust drink prices in real time and offer their guests an interactive experience. The marketing website provides information about the service, its features, and pricing.

Account creation requires a valid email address. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Account details and management are handled through app.partybroker.net.

• Free Plan: No cost, up to 6 drinks, 1 bar screen, 2 client screens, no guest screens, includes Partybroker branding. • Premium Plan: 3% provision per sale, custom branding, unlimited drinks, unlimited screens (bar, client, guest). The Premium Plan is billed per event. Prices are final prices according to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation). No VAT is charged.
