Is Partybroker really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever. You can run events with up to 6 drinks, 1 bar screen, and 2 client screens at no cost. We show our branding on the screens.
How does the 3% provision work?
On Premium, we charge 3% on every drink sale made through the system. If a beer sells for €3.00, we take €0.09. You get billed after the event.
What's the €5 welcome bonus?
When you sign up, you get €5 credited to your account. This covers your first Premium event's provision. No credit card needed to claim it.
Can I switch between Free and Premium?
Yes, you can switch per event. Use Free for smaller events and Premium when you want custom branding and unlimited drinks.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Free is free. Premium is 3% per sale. That's it. No setup fees, no monthly charges, no cancellation penalties.
