Common Questions

Do I need special equipment?

No. Any device with a browser and internet connection works — phones, tablets, laptops, TVs, projectors. You probably already have everything you need.

How do I connect a TV or projector?

Open the browser on the TV (Smart TV) or connect a laptop via HDMI and open the Clientscreen URL. Hit full-screen mode and you're done. Works with any Chromecast, Fire Stick, or Apple TV that has a browser too.

What happens if the WiFi drops?

Screens will reconnect automatically as soon as the connection is back. During the outage, barkeepers can continue selling — the system syncs up once online again.

How many guests can connect at the same time?

There's no hard limit. The system uses WebSocket connections that are extremely lightweight. We've tested with hundreds of simultaneous Guest-Screens without issues. In theory, thousands can connect.

Can I add or remove screens during the event?

Yes, at any time. Just open or close the browser tab. New screens automatically connect to the running event — no restart needed.

Does the barkeeper need training?

The Barscreen shows a simple list of drinks with tap-to-sell buttons. Most barkeepers figure it out in under 30 seconds. It's designed to be usable even during a busy rush.
