Advertising-free and with an individual design: Partybroker Premium
The standard version of the software for drinks exchanges and beer exchange parties is free of charge and is financed by occasional, theme-related advertisements on the client screen, i.e. on the screens for your guests. If you would like to use Partybroker for professional use without the advertisements and customize it with your own corporate design and logo, you can upgrade to Partybroker Premium. To do this, you can top up your Partybroker Premium account via Paypal or credit card on the administration interface.
The costs are 2% of your turnover. So if you expect a turnover of 1,000 EUR at your party, you should top up your Partybroker Premium account by 20 EUR (= 2%). Your account will then be reduced during the party until it is completely used up. Of course, you can top up your account at any time during the party if you run out of money or if you have misjudged your turnover. Your account will be topped up immediately after successful payment, i.e. without any time delay. The invoice will be available in your account for you to download and print out from this moment.
It is currently not possible to refund Premium amounts paid. However, you are welcome to contact us directly for larger, unused amounts, as we should be able to do something about this.
Individual cooperation
If you would like to use Partybroker in the white-labeled, ad-free version regularly or very intensively, please contact us directly. On individual request, it is even possible to customize the entire look & feel of the client screen to your wishes.
